🚨To qualify: items must be unused/unworn, with original tags & packaging intact. A purchase proof is also required.

We will send you a return label + shipping guide once approved.

Check your parcel right after delivery!

We don’t do direct exchanges.
Fastest solution: return your current item, place a brand‑new order after your return gets approved.

For orders shipped to EU: you enjoy a 14‑day free cancellation/return for any reason, no explanation needed 🇪🇺.
Same condition rules apply: unused, original tags & packaging, purchase proof required.

💰 Refunds
Once we receive & inspect your returned package, we will inform you of refund approval result.
If approved, refund will auto‑process to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note banks/card issuers may need extra time to post funds to your account.
